An Update on The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding the coronavirus. When you feel safe to travel again, our properties offer over 20 acres of beautiful landscapes with hiking trails leading into RMNP. You can enjoy the clean, mountain air as you walk along 4000 ft of the Fall River. Our units all have private entrances, self check-in/out options, in-room housekeeping requests, in-room chat features, and DO NOT have hallways or shared air ducts/vents.

We are also recommending all our guests on our property:
1. Increase distance between people to six feet.
2. Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
3. Avoid touching your face.
4. Cover coughs and sneezes.
5. Stay home when sick.
6. Wear fabric masks when outside of your unit.

We will continue to implement an extra level of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of our property, especially high-touch areas such as light switches and door knobs. Our cleaning products and procedures are effective against viruses, and we are taking additional steps to ensure the health and well-being of our guests and staff members.
We will continue using our new check-in and check-out procedures as follows. On your arrival date, we will call and email you instructions on how to self check-in. We will email a map, your unit # and the pin code to get into your unit. We have implemented a self-checkout option for all rooms, suites, & cabins. Instead of coming to the office, simply use the tablet in your unit to check out when you are ready. For any questions while in our units, we have a chat feature on the tablet.
