This is the life!

This is the life! We just recently moved to Estes Park, Colorado and started managing the “Inn”. It was not really anything we were looking for---it just sort of found us!

You know how you have a dream and sometimes life gets in the way---well that is our story. We were very content with our lives in Nebraska. We had great friends, good jobs and our family was all around us. We have two sons who have graduated from high school and a daughter who is in the seventh grade. What more could you want?

Mark & I had always thought of someday having a B & B---but we just went on with our lives and raised our children and went to our jobs. Then one day—something happened. We heard of an opportunity in Estes Park---what do you do---listen to your heart or your head? Mark & I took a chance, and the rest is history. We love what we are doing. We wake up every day and we are at work---(of course, we go to bed every night and we are at work, too!). We work together and together we are accomplishing our goals. We love to meet new people and we would love to hear your story.

Why don’t you listen to your heart and come and see us in beautiful Estes Park. We are anxious to meet you and your family.

Hey Paula and Mark!!

I can't wait to come to Estes Park to see you guys! It's been several years since we've been on a vacation, but hopefully we'll be able to find the time soon! We always love to come to Estes Park so I am hoping we can get all the girls together for one last family trip before they are all out on their own (Jo will be a Senior this fall!). Anyway, hope everything is going well for all of you there! Trevor is making his home in our barn for now and putting up hay day and night!

Take Care & hope to see you guys soon!

My wife and I spent a week at the "INN" in July. I really don't think that there is a more beautiful place to stay in Estes Park. There are those that are more lavish and fancy, but none that are in a more beautiful setting. The river is by your back door and sounds wonderful! Paula and Mark are wonderful hosts. The place is clean, comfortable, and the service is great. We plan to return often!

Hi Mark, Paula, and Alli !
I dont know how, but I was the VERY LUCKY winner of the raffle tickets at our annual sweetheart supper!!!!!!! I never win anything. Rex and I havent had a vacation together since our honeymoon 21 yrs. ago. Its about time huh? Kids are exhausting - life gets busy and you forget to take time for yourselves. Although I think we will make it a family vacation when we do come since Jess graduates this May, and probably wont have much time for us once college starts. I think it was meant to be - how perfect! I dont think it will take too much talking to get mom and dad and Dan and Shelly to come along. I'll be in touch later to make reservations probably sometime this summer. Thank you both for the very generous gift. I cant wait!!!!! Love, Kerry

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on our honeymoon nine years ago and it was so beautiful. It was his first time to Colorado and around mountains. We are making plans to come and stay a week on our 10th anniversary in March 2012. I can't wait to be there again to enjoy the scenery, quietness and relaxation.
