Rates based on 1or 2 people. $15.00 charge for additional person over age( 3).       10% discount for 7 nights or longer  stay or 10% discount for Sr. Citizen (65 or older) in Peak Season only.(Only one discount accepted.)

* Winter Season pricing is for 2 night minimum stay, one night stay is at Fall Season Rate (if available).  Winter rates do not apply to the Christmas and New Year Holiday season. (December 20, 2010 thru January 2, 2011 - Fall Season rates apply)
