Accommodations: Rooms

Every unit has special touches that create a sense of home and comfort. All have wood burning fireplaces. Extra firewood is available at the lodge for purchase. Remote color cable TV with HBO and Disney, full baths, all rooms have balconies or patios overlooking Fall River. Units have small frig, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. We offer light housekeeping. (fresh towels, empty trash, replenish your amenities as needed) Full housekeeping available for an additional fee. Hot tub available for your personal use.

King Beds available in Rooms 1,3,5,6 Queen Beds available in all other Rooms.

Rates based on 1or 2 people. $15.00 charge for additional guest over the age of three.

10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights We offer a 10% Sr. Citizen Discount (65 or older) in Summer Season only. (Only one discount accepted.)
* Winter Season pricing is for 2 night minimum stay, one night stay is $10.00 more (if available). Winter rates do not apply to the Christmas and New Year Holiday season. (December 20, 2013 thru January 5, 2014 - Fall Season rates apply)

While we try to accommodate your request for a specific room/unit, it is not always possible. You will always receive a like room/unit or an upgrade at the booked rate. We are a small property and sometimes this becomes necessary to efficiently book our Inn.
