Minimum Stay
- Units - 2 night minimum stay.
- Suites - 3 night minimum stay in peak season.

- No Pets (Due to our visiting wildlife)
Reservations
- Can be made by phone
- First and last night deposit required for stay of 3 nights or more.
- One night deposit required for 2 night stay.

Cancellations
- You are responsible for the number of days reserved
- $25.00 fee for all cancellations
- Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival
- If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to your arrival, a refund will be given if the unit is re-booked for the full amount of days reserved by you
- No refunds on early departures

Rates
Rates based on 2 people. $12.00 charge for additional person over age( 3). 3 night minimum on cabins & suites in Peak Season. 10% discount for 7 nights or longer stay or 10% discount for Sr. Citizen (65 or older) in Peak Season only. (Only one discount accepted.)
Winter specials are 2 night minimum, one night $10 more if available.
Winter Rates do not apply to the Holidays (12-23 to 1-2)
