Can't wait for summer.

If there is one thing we have learned in Estes Park in our last 6 months—it is that the weather is very unpredictable. It can be sunny and seventy one day and the next thing you know you get a foot of snow! I guess from everything we have heard from our new friends in Estes Park this is normal. Especially in the spring time. I do love spring, however. It is the time to clean out all your closets, break out the flip flops (I am a flip flop kind of girl and I cannot wait until I can wear them all) and get ready for warm weather.

The thing I love most about spring this year is preparing the Inn on Fall River for all the guests we will have this busy summer season. We have been cleaning, painting and talking to a lot of people who are anxious to come and enjoy all that Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer. We would love to have you visit us. Opening the sliding doors at night, we were lulled off to sleep by the sound of the rushing water. Our inn keepers Mark and Paula kept a generous supply (on the house) of biscotti, dark chocolates and granola at the front desk to nourish us on our daily outings on the nearby trails.
